GSN Rewards Powered by MySony

Kristi successfully led the launch of GSN Rewards Powered by My Sony, the first cable network loyalty program, garnering 60M households and over 400k members in only six months. Additionally, Kristi contributed to the projects, which garnered GSN’s four Interactive Emmy nominations for innovative work in interactive television and loyalty.

GSN – The Network for Games

The network tasked the Marketing and Interactive Departments with launching the first loyalty program for a television network, partnered with three separate companies for interactive one- and two-screen gaming, coordinated with network programming, casual gaming, mobile, and an online rewards catalog. This became a highly technical project for which Kristi Hadix was brought on to lead, and responsible for the final outcome. Kristi was responsible for collaborating with the technical teams to determine how to securely pass data between our companies, so that the members had a seamless login and user experience. Kristi worked with legal at each company to ensure that the terms and rules were thoroughly vetted and reflected the complicated requirements for each organization. Kristi coordinated with Sony to ensure that the language and copy variations were reflective of their brand, and appropriate for their unique user profiles. Kristi worked with several cross-functional teams to collaborate on message, technical requirements, research, and the final user experience.

As an Account Director for one of the top loyalty marketing agencies, Brierley+Partners, Kristi conducted research for her clients to determine what their customers were looking for in their customer experience, and presented recommendations and solutions to help her clients achieve these goals. One such client was Jiffy Lube, for whom she worked with designers to develop an in-person interactive kiosk Jiffy Lube Rewards brand loyalty experience for 2000+ franchisees. Each customer was able to join the loyalty program or check in via the kiosk to get rewards for free services and discounts, with the goal of building their membership base for the purposes of customer retention. The customer was presented a survey at the end of their interactive experience to collect further insights for continually improving and expanding the program.
